Wijhat Azm Trading Est., a Saudi establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 7050244792), is the controller of the personal information submitted through this website.
By using the website and submitting its forms, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
Information we collect
What you enter yourself in our forms (quote request, call-back request, or Property System waitlist):
- Full name and organisation
- Mobile number and email address
- City, type of service and the request details you write
What is logged technically when you visit: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and operation.
Cookies: we use no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores only two small settings in your browser: that you accepted this policy, and that you have already seen the loading screen this session. Neither is sent to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request or enquiry and contact you about it
- To prepare and follow up quotations, and to deliver agreed services
- To contact you when the Property System launches, if you joined the waitlist
- To protect the website from abuse and unauthorised use
- To meet our legal obligations
We never sell your data, and we use it for marketing only with your explicit consent. We collect only what is needed for the purpose you gave it for.

Sharing your information

- Our hosting provider (Sahara Net), which runs the site and receives form submissions in Saudi Arabia on our behalf
- Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces and receives your device’s IP address when they load
- WhatsApp, your email or your phone app when you choose to contact us through them; their own policies then apply
- Competent authorities where required by law
- With your consent in any other case you ask for
Where your data is stored
Our website is hosted by Sahara Net, a Saudi company, and form submissions are processed on its servers inside Saudi Arabia, then sent directly to our official email. The website does not keep requests in any database.
The only exception is Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces from servers outside the Kingdom and receives only your device’s IP address. If we ever need to transfer data outside the Kingdom, we will follow the PDPL and its regulation on transfers outside the Kingdom.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to serve your request, or as required by law or to resolve an existing dispute. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or securely remove what identifies you.
Security
- The site runs over encrypted HTTPS, with security policies that block any unapproved content
- The site has no public database or login
- Only authorised staff can see incoming requests, and only as needed to serve you
Even so, no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure. If a breach occurs that could harm you, we will act to contain it, notify the competent authority, and inform you where the law requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to:
- Be informed of how and why your data is collected and processed
- Access your data and obtain a copy
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
- Ask us to destroy your data once it is no longer needed
- Withdraw your consent to processing at any time

Minors
Our services are for organisations and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received a minor’s data, we will delete it promptly.

This policy is available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic text prevails.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and show the latest date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will try to inform people who have contacted us, using the details they gave us.

We handle any complaint about your data promptly, fairly and confidentially. Email us at info@wijhatazm.sa with "Privacy complaint" in the subject line. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the competent data-protection authority in the Kingdom.
